God’s Providence
That which is, already has been; that which is to be, already has been; and God seeks what has been driven away.
Ecclesiastes 3:15 ESV
As the sun rises and sets daily and the earth’s revolutions are in the same method from the beginning according to the ordinances of heaven, so it is with the events of Providence.
That which is now already has been, and that which is to be already has been, and God seeks that which has passed by [so that history repeats itself.]
