Lavish Love

Hear my voice according to Your lovingkindness, O Lord; revive me according to Your judgment.

Psalm 119:149

What an honor to know and talk to our Heavenly Father in prayer. It is because of His lovingkindness that He hears us when we pray. We can come into His loving and holy presence at any time and He welcomes us into intimate conversation with Him.

He wants to know what is on our hearts to show us His perspective and wisdom on what we are troubled about. Time spent with Him gives us peace and an inner strength to move through tough times because we know He is Sovereign over all.

Reading God’s Word is another means of grace we we can take advantage of each day. Our words of prayer often blend with words of wisdom from His Word in ways that can minister deeply to our soul. Oh, how we need His precious LOVE!
